From the start, Matt's communication was clear and prompt—I knew exactly when to expect him and what the process would be. The cleaning itself was very detailed. He came out on time, was very communicative via texts, and did a fabulous job on my front driveway and back patio. We did a walk-through before he started and he confirmed everything, explaining that some areas of my patio may not be completely clean, which was the case. Not his fault, completely mine. Not only was the price competitive, his performance was great. I hired Matt to pressure wash and stain 5 year old outdoor stairs that led to my lower tiered garden. It was an intricate project requiring alot of hand brushing of oil based stain. He had a crew of two doing the work and it turned out beautiful! He communicated status and inspected the job each day, cleaned up and was courteous. Recommend them highly
