I received a letter from my home owners insurance that I was being canceled due to moss and algae on my roof. I called ORS for a quote to clean my roof. Matt was great to work with. He had me send him my address to review my home on Google earth. He came out the next day to site walk it and determine pricing for the cleaning. I received a quote that evening, and we were scheduled within 3 days. Matt and his crew showed up as scheduled, cleaned my roof and cleaned my solar panels. It’s amazing how dirty my roof actually was, it looks great now! Matt sent me photos of the cleaned roof to submit to my insurance company. I had been looking for a reputable company to clean mold and lichen off various rooves at my home, and had been doing my due diligence. I even called the roofer who installed the rooves. Call was not returned. Matt Stramel of Outdoor Renew & Stain responded almost immediately as per the great Google reviews. All 5 Star reviews are absolutely correct. His communication skills are excellent. We agreed on a time t for him to come and make an estimate. By the next morning, I received his very reasonable quote. He came to do the work in less than a week. Rooves and gutters are clean and spotless. Some of the mold was probably more stubborn than expected, but he persisted and pretty much had picked some of it to get rid of it. This was indeed a positive experience and I plan to call him back when the mold returns…and it will thanks to shady oaks. He said to just give him a call! Reasonable and totally efficient. Plus, Matt is very personable! Nice! As an additional plus, the equipment that was used was quiet!

Matt not only cleared the clog from the narrowest of downspouts, but he ran a 'snake' through the entire length of the gutter. Then he moved his ladder incrementally, reaching up to clear out vines, pieces of cardboard, and gunk, making sure all was clear. I was also given honest maintenance plan for my other gutters, i.e., he didn't try to upsell me. He is very fit; dedicated and has an easy going temperament.
