ORS Clean is a locally owned and operated, insured exterior cleaning company serving the South Bay, Silicon Valley and Central Coast. This policy explains what information we collect when you request a quote — whether through our website, by phone or text, or through an AI assistant such as ChatGPT or Claude — and how we use it.
What we collect
When you ask for a quote, we collect only what's needed to prepare and follow up on it:
- Your name
- Your phone number and, if you provide it, your email
- The service address and city
- Details about the job — the services you want, number of stories, and anything you tell us
- Any photos you choose to attach
- Which assistant or page the request came from (for example, ChatGPT), so we can respond appropriately
We do not collect payment information to give you a quote, and we don't require you to create an account.
How we use it
We use your information for one purpose: to prepare your quote and follow up about the work. That means contacting you with pricing, scheduling the job if you go ahead, and keeping a record of our conversation so we can serve you well.
Who we share it with
We share your information only as needed to do the work — for example, with the service providers we use to send email and text notifications, or, if a job is a better fit for a partner company, with that partner so they can follow up (we'll tell you if that's the case). We may also disclose information if required by law.
AI assistants
When you use an AI assistant to request a quote, the assistant passes your request to ORS Clean through our secure connection so it reaches us directly. The assistant platform (such as OpenAI or Anthropic) handles your conversation under their own privacy policies; once the request reaches us, this policy governs how we use it.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests for as long as needed to serve you and to maintain our normal business and tax records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below), except where we're required to keep it.
Your choices & deletion
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time. Just email [email protected] or call (408) 476-3891 and we'll take care of it.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including transmitting quote requests over encrypted connections and limiting access to the people who need it to do the work.
