What we do
ORS Clean is a locally owned and operated, insured exterior cleaning company serving the South Bay, Silicon Valley, and Central Coast. We provide exterior cleaning and related services, including gutter cleaning, pressure washing, roof cleaning, solar panel cleaning, house washing, window cleaning, and fence & deck staining.
Quotes are estimates, not a contract
A quote request is a request for pricing — it is not a booking or a binding agreement. Any price we provide is an estimate based on the information you give us and may change after we see the property. No work is scheduled until you and ORS Clean agree on the scope, price, and timing.
Your information
You agree to provide accurate contact and property details so we can prepare and follow up on your quote. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Scheduling, cancellations & payment
Appointment times are arrival windows and may shift due to weather or prior jobs. If you need to reschedule or cancel, let us know as early as you can. Payment terms are agreed at the time work is booked.
Satisfaction & liability
We take care to do quality work and treat your property with respect. To the extent permitted by law, ORS Clean is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. Nothing here limits any rights you have under applicable law. We maintain insurance; a certificate is available on request.
